eNETEmployer Pricing Information
eNETEmployer pricing is easy to calculate! Choose from the options below:
- Self-Service - If you wish to use the software on your own, then each pay run costs just $1.30 per employee who is paid, and one base fee of $10.00. Everything you need to pay your employees is included - from electronic pay stubs, EFT/Direct deposit, manual printed cheques, ROE's and much more. Note: Self-Service accounts are billed a $25.00 annual fee in the first quarter of each calendar year - to cover your data storage and support plan.
- Partial Service - If you wish to use the software on your own, and have us pay the CRA and pay your employees via EFT/Direct Deposit, then each pay run costs just $1.50 per employee who is paid, and one base fee of $15.00. And we will make your CRA payments for a flat fee of $7.50.
- Full-Service - If you want us to process your entire payroll from start to finish, then each pay run costs just $2.30 per employee who is paid, a base fee of $20.00. And we will make your CRA payments for a flat fee of $7.50.
- Third-Party Remittances - We can also pay third-parties (electronic only) at $10.00 per remittance (e.g. garnishments, EHT, WSIB, WCB, RRSP).
