• 20 Employee Limit - The free version will only operate when you have 20 employees or less (all employee types including Terminated, Inactive, On Leave, etc.)
• No Technical Support - The free version of GrandMaster Suite is offered with no technical support - that's how we are able to offer this amazing software at no cost. And if you do need extra assistance, you can use our pay-as-you-go support plan. This standard support policy gives you access to our payroll experts at $100 per hour when needed, while saving you the cost of purchasing an annual license. We also provide payroll setup for GrandMaster Suite at a cost of $150.00 per hour. Many customers prefer us to set up their payroll accurately to get them started.
